NEW MEMBERS
Dues are per calendar year (January 1 through December 31).
Deadline for payment is March 1.
When a member (or prospective member) qualifies in more than one dues category, the applicant must apply for and pay the dues in the highest membership category.

Membership includes one (1) Christmas Tree Lookout magazine subscription. Additional subscriptions may be purchased for $25 per year.

Buy-Sell Directory Listing (Optional)

      • Sellers: $50 per listing in the Seller, Nursery, Seed, and Trucker sections (one listing in each section per membership. Pre-harvest, Choose & Cut, and Retailer members are not eligible)
      • Buyers: $25 per listing in the Buyer section

  • Listing for Choose & Cut & Retail Members: Choose & Cut and Retail members can be listed in the Find Your Perfect Christmas Tree search on the website.

  • Discounted Liability Insurance Rates: Benefit from discounted group rates on liability insurance for retail lots and Choose & Cut operations.

  • Health Plan Discounts: Exclusive member discounts on health plans through association partnership with Oregon Aglink. 

  • November Hotline Access: Utilize the November Hotline to inform last-minute buyers about the availability of trees from your business.

  • Retailer Committee Support: The Retailer Committee investigates consumer-level questions related to lot operation, tree keepability, marketing, and liability insurance.

  • Research Committee Contributions: The Research Committee selects and directs studies on topics of major interest to growers, such as tree diseases, provenance tests for Douglas-fir and noble fir, clone development, stress in tree growth and quality, soil management, and seedling research.

  • Marketing Backup: Enjoy marketing support, including retail ads, brochures, and public relations in national consumer magazines. The Marketing Committee actively promotes the Association's Buy-Sell Directory to wholesale Christmas tree buyers.

  • Support for National Industry Programs: A portion of your annual dues contributes to the National Christmas Tree Association's Tree National Advocacy Partnership (NAPP) program, supporting national industry initiatives like legislative representation in Washington D.C., public relations efforts, and recycling coordination.

  • Additional NCTA Benefits via NAPP Program: PNWCTA members also receive specific benefits through the NCTA, such as a free basic listing on the NCTA Website Tree Locator or an enhanced listing for a nominal fee, the option to link to their own website, and access to a discounted subscription to the American Christmas Tree Journal.
